Water coming from frame.
Jacked up the cart on the driver side and when I let it back ,water was dribbling onto the garage floor. Concerned about water accumulation and rust in the frame. Maybe some additional drain holes... I don't know? Edit... Looking more closely doesn't look like a frame issue but maybe an accumulation in the roof drain tube.

G-29 / Drive models actually have a kind of gutter & downspout arrangement built into the roof and emptying under the cart.

Yes I removed and cleaned those when I was removing golf bag brackets and stuff. Cleaned the fronts as well.
