Well after a couple weeks of tinkering and thoughts of burning it ,my 87' finally lives . the problem lied in the one wire on the microswitch at the pedal it was corroded and only 2 strands held it at the spade connector!tomorrow night will make a couple laps around the field make a couple adjustments then on to customizing it! Thanks everyone for the input...
