Default G1 oil pump

Hello, im going to cap my oil pump, its hooked up but i mix my gas to, i know its way to much oil, can i just cap the line to the carb? And cap the line at the muffler? I dont think it would hurt if i did this? I hope not, my plugs are always fauling from to much oil, and i dont want to miss the engine up, it runs real good, not no problem with speed, thanks
