I have my motorcycle battery mounted on the driver side, under the seat. The horn is right behind the battery, bolted to the plastic inner fender.
Yeah, I think it was about 10 or 12 dollars. Cheap enough for me to buy anyway! :) |

Just read bad reviews that said I need a relay, switch etc.I have an existing horn and switch. Did you have to buy a relay? I'm confused

The relay will protect the switch from high amp loads. You can install without it if the switch can withstand the load. The safe way is to use a relay.

You can use a relay. Not that hard to complete the install. Or, as I did, just get a switch that can carry the load. I used a momentary toggle switch I bought at Radio Shack. It's more than enough to carry the horn. Just don't forget the inline fuse.
