A two stroker is only going to get hot if it lean.IS the carb or air filter blocked? Is the exhaust system blocked? Is there an air leak in the crank seals or intake tract? There is not a whole else to make a two stroker run hot as you describe.

I think its from runnin it for a long run at higher rpms cause it was fine till i did clutch spring. Has anybody ever tryed runnin a electric fan blowin air in to try to keep it cool? I was also thinking about taking the plastic cover off the head to let a little more heat out.

Taking the plastic cover off the motor is a sure way to overheat the motor, that shroud is installed to direct the cooling air past the head. Without it, less cooling air will pass directly through the cooling fins.
