hmmm ill be damned! my carry all only has the genny/starter...i think it drops 85 amps. most semi alternators are at 135 amp..... they use way more juice. nt sure whey, never seen this set up either. im looking at the clutch, and npt seing it.... thats whats blowing me. dont see the block starter, that john deere would have used on a gator. the use the same engine, but they have a block starteer, and alternator set up like this, at leat the one in the military we had did. im stumped!
