Man I wonder if there is something binding. If you remove the shocks will the a arms move freely up and down? If they move freely then the problem definitely is the shocks.

i do believe these lift kits are not designed for ride at all, its just looks, clearance, and provide some give for off road, a completely stock cart is;;;;;; mine has a jakes 6, and i ride it like a horse, you cant sit back , it will buck you bad' but that's what you get with a lift; Steve

I disagree. The jakes lt kit is very close in design to a sport atv front end. with softer shocks that thing will ride like a caddy. I'm betting those new "redesigned" shocks are much stiffer than the old ones. They prob got a lot of complaints about too soft when loaded down.

The reality is, these are golf carts, not atv's and not cars. The engineering on these things is very basic, and nothing new or innovative. If you want it to be anything that it is not, you have to modify it.

I vote for atv shocks! Jack the front end up and measure eye to eye on the front shocks. I'll tell you what shocks will fit.

Thanks for the tip on the shocks, it sounds about right. As soon as it warms up I will look into the shocks. Newfoundland, Canada
