Default 1997 club car ds charging system

I've just replaced the voltage regulator, battery, and the starter motor. All are new(Not rebuilt).
All connections are clean-including all ground to frame connections. The volt meter reads at 12.8 at the battery during full acceleration.
Am I good to go?
Thanks for your help-Boss Hoss

The culprit was the braided ground line coming out of The Black Box to the frame.I made a new one on a clean ground-problem solved. It's always the ground-almost always.

yes, it is a lot of the time. I keep a for sure ground by the black box with multiple leads with spade connectors and an Identical setup under the dash. I know longer wonder about if I am grounded :)
