Right that's what I did. I wasn't specific enough in my post. I measured the front of the front tires and the back of the front tires.
Wheel tow is not a complex concept.

I've experienced the death before. On mine, it's way worse with three passengers in back, but doesn't really start until after 30 mph. I can control it, but don't trust others, as I let a neighbor drive it, and we quickly started taking up both lanes, and just barely missed a car coming at us.

My car tops out at 15 so... 30 would really suck.

Suspect wheel hub / bearing jack front wheels off the ground. If you grab top and bottom of wheel feel any play? Indicates loose wheel bearing. Grab tire and move side to side feel play indicates loose steering linkage.
When you drive does steering wheel seem sloppy like loose linkage?
Rubbing,scraping noise is concerning?

The steering seems responsive. Probably pull the wheels off this weekend. Working on house projects at the moment. I have spent the last 2 weeks on the this car.

Here are some before and afters.
The previous owner really didnt care about this car.

definetlly got your work cut out.
Looking a difference in front tires in pics. May want to swap rear tires with front and see if that makes a difference. At least doing that will remove a wheel tire problem from the trouble shooting process.

I had a better cart that creaked for a couple months from one of of the front tires just figured on replacing bearings. When I went to replace the bearings the lug nuts were loose. I snugged them up and never did get to those bearings

That stainless battery tray is nice! Looks like you've done quite a bit to the cart.

You may well have some really bad bearings in the hub or something else that's worn past it's useful life. It'll be interesting to see what component has failed once you've tracked it down.
