Default Shock Upgrade

2003 Club Car DS with 3" Spindle lift. Looking to replace the worn out stock shocks. Mostly will be used for camp ground, country road, yard and field edges. Not real aggressive riding. Any suggestions for after market upgrade to shocks or will simply replacing with a new set of Maeco shocks be enough so smooth out the ride a little bit?
