Yep, and 36.3 is 50% SOC...time to go to charger. Seems crazy, but Here's a thread of discussion on it.

So does that mean once the meter is connected, it is always on? Even when the key is turned off?

So I read the entire thread you shared. I am not worried so much about the draw on the batteries from always being on. I am worried about screen burn in from always being on.

It stays on all the time, It will not have screen burn...doesn't pull enough electricity to make any difference to batteries. You can run thru ignition switch, most people don't.
