Hey Jeepman420! The correct mix will depend on how you plan to drive your cart. If you plan to drive the cart for extended periods of time (30 min +), you should mix at 1.5oz of oil per 1 gallon of gas. The extra oil helps lubricate when the motor gets very hot due to long run times. The cart is designed to start up, drive to the next hole, and stop so the motor isn't really under as much stress when used for golfing. The extra oil also won't cause any issues at lower speeds/temps so no need to worry about gumming up your muffler.

Af far as a top end rebuild, it is pretty simple. I have part of the service manual that covers the top end rebuild with torque specs etc. in PDF format. This helped me a lot when I did my rebuild. You can find my rebuild thread by searching either for my username or 1977 ezgo, there is a lot of useful information and pictures in it.
