Proper break in after 2 stroke rebuild
Haven't been able to find any in detail info on this. Rebuilding Robins ec25-2pg engine. What is the proper break in period. How long til "broke in", should i run it really governed for this period? I have read to run it very rich. I all ready run it at 50:1 all the time now. I will try running a squirt more oil but i don't think i could run it much richer without fouling a plug every 5 minutes. Any advise would be appriciated.
Thanks! |

Re: Proper break in after 2 stroke rebuild
Warm it up and use it normally, avoid prolonged wide open runs for about an hour of run time.
