Well its right on the edge. I would anyway since the kit is on its way. It probably wouldnt make it another summer.

But should it start right now with the90 psi compression cause it dont wondering if it could be something else

Well mine has 80psi and it was running fine until the carb overflowed out of the vent hole.

I'm geting gas in the carb and out the air filer hose,nothing in to the spark plug before it used to wet it when it wouldn't start.

Is your choke cable adjusted right? Mine did that. I had it adjusted half closed.

I've never used it....looked in the carb it's opened all the way ---- chokes flat across

I went back and reread and i think you have a fuel delivery problem like a weak fuel pump.

If i cover the carb with my hand theres alot of gas that comes out ones i remove my hand thoe... also i think it should try to start if i shoot it with quick start right?

You said in an earlier post that it didnt shoot much fuel out of the pump. I would take the pump apart and check the clear plastic diaphrams for cracks. Make sure you put a mark down the side of the pump so you put it back together the same way. Theres two diaphrams by the way.
