08 Precedent lost speed
My 08 Precedent suddenly lost speed. It's top speed is if thr speed sensor has gone bad. I rebuilt it with a new hall sensor but still the same problem. Could the controller be the problem. Also the MCOR was replaced about 2 months ago. Any ideas?

Re: 08 Precedent lost speed
Did you have anything serviced in the cart. Do you have a local Club Car tech with a CC programmer. If so he can check the speed settings. You could have it set to #1, #2, or #3,.. and you could pay CC to get the code to set it at #4. You can also check the "Speed Quality" setting. It is a number from 0 to 10 and if it is set a "0" you get the max speed for you basic setting. If it is set at 10, you speed will drop by 4-5 MPH.
