I went back today and they had sold the plow to another dealer. He said he didn't realize what a deal he was giving me until the other dealer told him. Oh Well!

Ouch...too bad. You can still make one. I used an old tractor plow, extended the plow mounting arms all the way back to attach to the mid point of the cart. I welded some tabs on, used some clevis pins for mounting, then mounted an atv winch to the front bumper/mount. Stock bumpers may not be strong enough so reinforcing is a good idea, or better yet build a mount. Run the cable down to the plow to lift, and voila!

It sounds harder than is is. It just takes time. For me the hardest part was welding upside down on the midpoint mounts. Just drips all over and welds look very bad. But they held.

I can't post pics here but I'd be glad to email some to you if you like. You can PM me with your email if you wish.

All Members.

This is NOT a hard thing to get done.

I even once I put a snow blower on my rider with a 5 HP (I Think)..

I have faith in all of you to do a blade..

Just a thought here.

Youtube has lots of video's..

I think it would be great to have a sticky of all kinds of info to go to go there.

One thing to remember is to NOT mount your winch (If you choose to have one) Too close to the body as when you hit a bump the hood could be damaged.
