Jerking Cart
I have an electric EZ-Go, manufacturing code 06M96, that had a bad control modual in it. I replaced the modual and the cart runs now. BUT. It jerks real bad when I start to go. There is no way to ease the throttle on. It did not do this with the other modual. Thanks for any ideas.

Re: Jerking Cart
Welcome to BGW
Ezgo made different model carts in 1996 with different drive system, so you'll have to be more specific. Plug your serial# in her and it should tell you what you've got. http://www.shopezgo.com/customer-ser...ialNumber.html Need to know which drive system you have, what the previous controller was and what the replacement controller is. My guess is that the throttle input on new controller doesn't match throttle set-up on cart. |

Re: Jerking Cart
Thanks JohnnieB. I just Five seconds ago finished putting in another controler and now it works fine. All three controllers where the same model same part number. They must have screwed one up. Had me scrachen the bald spot for a while. Thanks again.
