Jon's G9 build
I started last fall with this G9. It was a little rough, didn't run, it needed some tlc.
I first got it running, put a new intake on it and removed the governor. I clock it around 20 with GPS. Then i did a lift with the 400ex shocks. I got two 20-10-8 tires for the rear so the total lift with tires is 7 inches. I still need to more tires, 22 or 20inch. Just this week i stripped it down to the frame with engine still in and I painted it with chassis saver. This will stop all the surface rust and make the frame look like new again. My goal is not a show stopper, but to have a cart I can hunt, trail ride and beat up a little on our property. I also painted the sides with a bronze speckle paint to give it a some what camo look, camo vinly is way to expensive. The rest of the body is next. And then I plan on installing a stereo, custom bumbers, racks, lights... |

Re: Jon's G9 build
Thanks, I did the fab work myself and the plan is to buy the clutch kit and muffler from plowmans before summer. And try to find two more tires.

Re: Jon's G9 build
Yea it's a 210 with a rototiller! My neighbor gave it to me for plowing his driveway. The hood is in need of some work but it's works great in the garden.
I need some ideas for my stereo, i have a couple old cd decks, i just have to figure out where im installing it and the speakers. |
