Default Jon's G9 build

I started last fall with this G9. It was a little rough, didn't run, it needed some tlc.

I first got it running, put a new intake on it and removed the governor. I clock it around 20 with GPS. Then i did a lift with the 400ex shocks. I got two 20-10-8 tires for the rear so the total lift with tires is 7 inches. I still need to more tires, 22 or 20inch.

Just this week i stripped it down to the frame with engine still in and I painted it with chassis saver. This will stop all the surface rust and make the frame look like new again.

My goal is not a show stopper, but to have a cart I can hunt, trail ride and beat up a little on our property.

I also painted the sides with a bronze speckle paint to give it a some what camo look, camo vinly is way to expensive. The rest of the body is next.

And then I plan on installing a stereo, custom bumbers, racks, lights...

Hey Jon, cart is looking really good so far! Keep up the good work. Did you fab up the lift?

Your definitely going to need some nice rims and bigger tires. And a torque kit for the rear clutch!!!

Lookin good, keep the pic's coming.

Thanks, I did the fab work myself and the plan is to buy the clutch kit and muffler from plowmans before summer. And try to find two more tires.

Yea it's a 210 with a rototiller! My neighbor gave it to me for plowing his driveway. The hood is in need of some work but it's works great in the garden.

I need some ideas for my stereo, i have a couple old cd decks, i just have to figure out where im installing it and the speakers.
