I have Plowmans clutch kits in all our G9 golf carts. Best upgrade with out going to a clone or big block.

Its a clone of the honda engine built in china.

How much does the clone cost and how fast will your G9 go now? Mine goes about 20mph with the stock motor.

I'm almost done with my supports for my front basket and I can also use it for a future spot to weld a roll cage. I will connect the front to the rear with two 1" square tubes.

the clone dosnt go much faster but it gets there a lot faster. on hills it dosnt lack for power like a stock engine will. i got my clone for $275 from harbor freight.

my clone will hit 35 with no gov. and big 22s on it. it will leave black marks on the black top.

Looking good! To bad there wasn't away to get your tube routed on the outside of the cowl though.

I was going to, but It was a lot weaker out from the frame and It was a lot more work. If the body wasn't already beat up I would not have cut holes in it. I think it looks cool in person.
