Only one adjustment on that little carb and that is the low speed idle on the top of the carb... A couple of rounds out is a good starting point. Some have a plastic stop built in to prohibit removal and major adjustment changes.

okay maybe i am a little confused definetly not a carb guy, i took it apart and cleaned, there is a needle valve close to the motor and a brass screw in the middle of the carb that appears to have a injector??? that will screw out or at least i did when i cleaned it.

Pilot valve. Some manuals say 1 turn....others say 2 turns and lock it down with the jam nut.
The throttle stop adjustment is 1/4 turn past where it makes contact with the throttle. After it has been loosened, tighten it till it makes contact with the throttle then an additional 1/4 turn.....THAT'S IT!!
