My '93 had the plastic nose, was gone when I got it. Swapped it out for the '86 front end, I like the look.

How hard was it? Did the fronts have the same bolt pattern?

I want to update mine to the newer one with built in headlights.

As far as I can remember it was a direct swap. I didn't want to spend the $ on a new plastic piece, and got an old '86 for free and liked the look of the sloping front.

I have an idea to mod the front even further using the rear fenders off the '86 making a jeep like front with round headlights. Should look pretty cool with the bed and all.

Right now having some serious running problems and no time to do anything Hope i can get this thing back up and running.
