Default Steering-rod flip after lift...

Does the spindle steering-arm have a tapered-hole in it?? I want to re-located the joint to the top, I don't like the angle.......If it's tapered like most, what's the fix??

It's tapered. You can flip it. Use an oversize drill bit and drill part ways through the arm from the top down. Seems like it was 1/4" to 5/16" deep. It creates a shoulder in the hole that will allow the taper to fit from the top. That is what the instructions from the 4" economy lift kit I installed said to do. If I still had the instructions I could be much more specific. Sorry. :( Maybe someone has the instructions???

Thanks. I was sorta leaning that way. I'm gonna use a christmas-tree bit. Should work.
