Default 2011 RXV quit and brake engaged

2011 RXV 48 volt. Batteries were full charged, went about 1/4 mile and lost power. Electric brake engaged when it stopped. Turned key off and on a few times, charge indicator turned on, reverse buzzer sounds but doesn't move. Turned run/tow switch to tow, electric brake still wouldn't disengage. Bypassed brake following instructions under plastic cover. Pushed it home and realized when I turn key to F/R solenoid clicks twice. Charge indicator full charge and even topped it off with QE charger. Changed solenoid, still two clicks and no power. Checked all battery connections and wires I could and everything seems tight and in order. Had this thing two months, no warranty. Anyone have any suggestions for a first time owner. Thanks

Inspect the motor brake. Three bolts to remove and electric connection.

The second click was the solenoid disengaging, something failed the startup test. These are pretty intimidating to troubleshoot without the programmer. Search this site for "rxv trouble codes danaher controller" , it has test procedures for everything that can be tested without a engineering degree and tools that are not for sale to the public.

Thank you all. It beat me down and I took it to dealer to put on programmer. Waiting for the phone call to tell me how many thousands of dollars it will take to repair!!!
