It really depends on the width of the tire, width of the wheel and offset of the wheel. I'm running 23x10.5-12 tires on my 2005 with what is supposed to be a 6" lift. I believe it to only be about 5" in the front. At full lock, I get some minor tire rub occasionally. The 25" tires should be a little more skinny and you should be able to mount them a narrower rim. My guess is it will be extremely close and may not work if you have a really aggressive tire.

As far as gearing goes, if you are jumping to 25 from the 22s listed in your signature, you are looking at about a 14% loss in torque. In other words, it is going to hurt! I guess it all depends on how you intend to use the cart.

The cart will need an upgraded motor and bigger controller to properly handle the change. Unless we are talking flat ground or campground queen?
