Default Have burned up 4 starter solenoids. Checked, double checked, triple checked the wiri

ve burned up 4 starter solenoids. Checked, double checked, triple checked the wiring diagram, replaced key switch, ignitor, voltage regulator

What year is your cart?

Are you using continuous duty solenoids? That is an absolute must.


Excessive heat is what burns out solenoids. That can be caused by high resistance.

Are your connections good, and clean? Are your cables in good shape? Are the starter brushes in good shape? What is your standing battery voltage?


We'll go back to the most important question... Are you using continuous duty golf cart solenoids?
