Default 2001 villager 48v lighting circuit

Does anyone have a schematic for this. Found 4 fuses all OK strange have 32 V at tail lights and no ground when I ground still no light. It all started pulling the cart off a trailer the tail light got crushed and grounded out. Short is now clear but no lights. Is there something stepping voltage down to 12v, I see a wire tapped on secound to last battery not sure what it supplies.
Also my be a dumb question but there is a floor swich (like an old style hi beam low beam location) what is that for Hrrn? it does not do anything as well.
Appreciate any help on this guys.
Thanks Steve

There should be a voltage reducer in there somewhere, but sometimes you hear of people installing the lights off of two 8 volt batteries (for 16 volts to the lights) instead of doing it properly with a reducer.

Make sure when you hook everything back up that you DO NOT ground anything to the frame!!!! Very important to not ground to the frame on an electric cart.

The floor button is the horn.

Did you completely trace the wiring all the way through the cart?

Hopefully someone else will be along with some insight.

Have not traced yet will do that today. There is no wire tapped into second / 16 v battery.
Thanks for the heads up on frame grounding.
Anyone know what the voltage reducer looks like and or location?
Thanks for the help
Steve
