Checked all batteries with a load tester from the snapon automotive world.
Before test all batteries were charged from 8.31 to 8.4
Snapon tester does not have a digital gauge but all batteries after a 10 secound load stayed in the green and held at around 7 volts.
Any body know if this is an accurate test and do I still need batteries??!!
The snapon charger does have an area on it's gauge for 8 and 12 volt test, just don't know if this applies to only starting batteries or will it also test deep cycle?

10 seconds is a short load, 20 seconds is better. Nevertheless, 7 volts is stone cold dead for an 8 volt battery. Even at 8.3v-8.4v they are only 70%-80% charged.
8v Trojans can be had for around $125 and Sam's Club has 8v Energizers (Johnson Controls) with a similar rating for about $80. It's your call to determine whether Trojans are worth 50% more.

I have 6x6v Energizers in my boat to run my 2500w inverter. They are dated 02/02 and are now starting to show signs of age. I bought them at Sam's back then and only paid $45 each, at that time I believe the Trojans were about $75. They have been on a Heart Inverter/Smart charger since they were new. I have only had to add water to them about once a year. Did I make the right decision then, I'd say Yes.
I have 04 T-105 Trojans in my GC that came with the cart and will likely get replaced next year.
My personal opinion is although Trojans may be the best battery in the marketplace, it will be a tough decision next year trying to justify an additional 50% in cost.

Just picked up 6 new trojan 875 for 110 apiece, turns out my buddy who sell continental batteries has a line on trojans.
At 110 I think the trojans were a no brainer.
Like they say its not what ya know it's who ya know!LOL
Does everyone think I should be good for over 18 holes on a non hilly golfcourse with the high speed motor and new batteries or should I start saving for a controller??!

Congrats on the new Trojans!
If your controller was OK before it should be fine now on a non-hilly course. If you do start seeing a brown out with your controller start saving for an upgrade.
It takes about 10 charge cycles for the batteries to settle in and come up to their full potential.
Charge the cart before you drive it for the first time. Recharge each time you have more than 10 minutes of peddle time.
Never let the batteries get below 50% charge.
You new batteries should easily give you 36 holes and have power to spare.

What is a brown out on controller?

Sorry about that expression. What I meant by brown out was when the controller is flowing high current either by going slow, uphill or under load it could go into a thermal shutdown but power will return after it cools down. If your controller goes into thermal shutdown it would be prudent to get a higher amperage model to prevent this from happening.
