Default CRA

I have I think a 93 red light model 48volt Club Car with new batteries last summer that won't run. It is getting 49 volts to all 4 terminals on the motor parked and 2 of the terminals drops to 0 volts when the pedal is fully depressed. It seems to give a hint of movement when the pedal is first pressed and then nothing. It has never had any alterations or repairs except battery replacement. Any ideas anyone?

What do you meen by red light model, I guess I havnt heard of that, does your cart have a forward/reverse handle or a button behind your legs, also there are no 93's with 48v stock, maybe post a picture of the battery compartment that will help ID the cart, and then post your serial number, its located under the middle/pass side of the dash just above the rubber floor mat,

okay regardless there are no club cars made in 93 with an obc so your cart may be newer than you think, post your serial number, and the maybe a pic of the batts/controller

They added 48v carts and obc's in 95
