How long should 8volt batteries last?

I have a 2000 club car 48v series system. I was curious how long it should run on fully charged batteries. I understand with my new motor and controller(more power--lol) that it will suck more juice but how long is everyone else getting on a charge? Thanks

I have personally never measured, but people here seem to think around 20 miles at wide open. If you have upgraded and have a faster cart, you should still get 20 miles, but get there faster.
I poke around a 181 acre tract of land with many trails on it and have to go back to camp to replinish beer before batteries get weak, which I estimate 2-3 hours of slow riding on uneven territory.
Terrain and soil conditions can make a big difference.

Thanks mike was just curious. I've been trying to break in my batteries according to what is stated on this forum and wondered if it would get better.

if you break them in right and maintain them they will get better........................
