Max wheel size for non lifted '07 Precedent?

Here's the response. He doesn't really address the wheel offset, but does say they will rub on tight turns. RCC also recommended the 205-50/10 for a stock height.

We have installed these tires on several golf carts before, but on the Precedent models they seem to rub when turning sharp both directions. We will usually install the 205/50/12 on these carts to keep them from rubbing. Please let us know if we can quote you on a set.
