Default How to make 2015 RXV go 26-30 mph
I'm trying to find out how i can get a 2015 EZGO RXV to go 26-30 mph. I was told it could be done. Thank you!

With stock 18" tires, the stock 235 Amp Curtis controller can be reprogrammed to reach 26 to 27 MPH. With 20.5" tires, it can be reprogrammed to reach 30 to 32 MPH. The actual speed reached varies due to actual tire diameter vs advertised diameter, and tire air pressure.

Just bought a 2016 ezgo rxv. Don't know anything about golf carts but is there anyway I can make the cart go faster than 12 mph? Help!!!

I recently reprogrammed an RXV controller for another guy in HI. As I mentioned before, maximum speed is determined by tire size. A reprogrammed RXV with stock tires can reach about 26 MPH, with 20.5" tires about 31 MPH.

Ok, you mentioned that you reprogrammed controller. Do I have to send my rxv controller to you to get it reprogrammed?

Yes. You remove it and mail it to me. I reprogram it, and mail it back. You reinstall it and go faster. You'll need to make another post so that you can use the PM system later today. I'll need to send you the instructions on how to remove the controller and where to send it.
