2001 Club Car Ds 48 volt won't move
I have a 2001 Club Car Ds 48 volt that won't move.
There was an electrical issue (wires from the ignition touched bare metal and smoked back the length of the harness.) The wiring was repaired, batteries are fully charged, I have replaced the F/R rocker switch and the solenoid. Buzzer works when key is on, voltage to the solenoid, and it clicks when I press the accel pedal. But the wheel/motor will not engage. I seem to have proper voltage to the motor as well. I know its not the OCB, because the batteries will charge. So I'm thinking the Controller? Or maybe the MCOR? If anyone has some insight, I would greatly appreciate it. Serial # AC0141-082591 Note: Judging from the wiring diagrams, my cart has an IQ system, but that's not what the serial no. suggests. It's very confusing. I've cross posted across a few forums, to try and get as many opinions/suggestions as I can. |
