disconnected the RPM limiter,,left the plug in and used a screwdriver in the wire ..has good fire

Pull the plug and see if it's wet after cranking her over a few times.

Did you get your hearing aid wet? Maybe it's running and you can't hear it...

Seriously though, you say you've got fuel and spark so, provided they're in the right proportions, the engine should run.

Any chance the choke is closed, perhaps a waterlogged air filter? Might be flooding.

You said you took the carb off, by chance did you get it out of adjustment? Maybe too much gas n flooding. I'm at a loss, ya didn't hose down a hot motor did ya, possibly cracking the head, compression test would tell you that, I'm realy streaching here caz a motor says give me fuel, give me fire.. and if you got both and turning over then next is timing and fuel air mix.

I removed the filter so no problem there..On the carb ..I have another 05 same cart so i just tried the carb off that one still nothing...Called several shops and none know either..Nothing wrong with internal engine..It has good fire .Will jump spark 1 inch..and wont run even with a shot of gas or starter fluid ...Im almost done with it..Thanks for all the help..
I might post a video to show what i have..

****UPDATE***
I found the problem..It was the throttle cable came off .All i was doing was kicking the starter in ....Thank for all the hep!!

After all that advice ?Must be the cleanest carb ever ! At least you had the decency and self deprecation to reply after finding a simple answer. Thanks for that. Most folks don't bother. Any and all solutions add to the stockpile of results to get others through issues.
