Thanks, got it. It is series and the aluminum box shown in the series chart. Is it possible a corroded roller switch could be the problem? (the F-N-R switch)

It would appear that my charger has stopped charging and the volts are at 46, I assume that is not good? does the charger shut off when the batteries do not want to take on more volts? I bought this unit in December and was shown the receipts for the batteries (2 years old) cart worked great for a month, have not used it for 2 months (not on the charger for last month). Any ideas? Thanx.

Does your charger say PowerDrive on it? These carts have an On Board Computer (OBC) that tell the charger what to do. It should run till the batteries are fully charged, or 16 hours, whichever comes first.

Power Drive, yes. The charger was doing the hum thing and making the odd click earlier...doing nothing now, and has power going to it.

the amber light on the dash is on when the key is in the off position, turn the key on and the amber light goes out.

The battery light means there is a problem with the charging cycle, low voltage, or both. Begin by doing an OBC reset to see if that helps. If not, do you have any other CC 48v carts near you that you could try your charger on?

Thanx. I will give the reset a try. There are several carts in our area, I am retired in the Q-tip State..Florida (white hair-white shoes)...just not sure what the neighbours are running for carts! LOL.

In the 5 minute mode right now and no beeper came on.

That may turn out to be the problem, pressure washing. Lots of mist, some could have gotten into electronics. This would cause corossion in some of the connections Or parts.
