Default 98 ds regen stopped ... help

Hi, The cart has been starting and stopping. You hit the go pedal and the cart will lunge forward a foot and quit. repeat. I can get it to go forward ,without the motor stopping, if you just hit the accelerator just right at a very slow speed. it will move steadily at that point but if you move the pedal any tiny amount it will stop dead.
I hear the solinoids and the guy at the local buggie dealer said if I hear them they are ok.
I take a guess it's the v-glide?
Do I upgrade to mcor 4 or stick with the replacement v glide?

I forgot to mention, all batteries are 8.3 except for one that is 6 volts. Could that cause the start and stopping?

finished the install and nothing.. I hook up the charger and it starts charging... take it off and the charge meter goes dead.
What could be the problem? I hear a click from the mcor but nothing else.

could it be because of the low voltage or should i still be hearing a solenoid click like I did before the install... I don't hear the controller humming either

What steps should I do now.. Thanks in advance

edit: stoopid me wired one battery wrong...
but it still won't move

You need to load test the batteries and check all the cables for corrosion.
Sounds like you have a bad cell in one of them or a bad cable. 6V is bad.
Small current demand will pass but any hard load will restrict the current.
