Opinions for a newbie: 2000 48v for 1700?
I'm in south Florida, looking for a cart for SWMBO to use as daily transportation to her job at an elementary school about 1/2 mile away. Don't plan on making it street legal. Eventually I plan on a lift and some nicer wheels (nothing crazy) and I'm sure will add a sound system of some sort. This cart here looks nice, and I really like the idea of 48v, but I'm a little concerned about the battery age. What do you guys think?

Too high for me. A 2016 Precedent with off the course batteries runs about $2500

Re: Opinions for a newbie: 2000 48v for 1700?
I think the batteries should be good for another year. I’d try to get them down on the price a little but, here in S. FL the prices on carts have been going up during this Covid time. The price on a 2016 cart off a golf course was $3000 a month ago. Now, it’s up around $4000. The demand for carts down here is up and so are the parts. Good luck...
