Default How basic can sepex get?

Working on a snowmobile conversion with the heart of a Club Car IQ.. 48V Sepex matched to the stock Curtis 1510-5201 250A..direct chain drive. Series wound would have been easier for this project, but how basic can I make this setup? What can be bypassed or made more simple? Obviously need some basic safety mechanisms (ie. fusing) but it will have a kill switch instead of a key. First project and trying to get together the parts list to make this happen. Thanks for the input.

Bypass the on-board computer by jumping the red wire to the blue wire in the 6 pin connector.

What else could you possibly want to jump out? You NEED all of the following for it to function properly; TOW switch, Solenoid, F&R Switch, Controller, Motor, MCOR, Keyswitch.

MUCH appreciate the input.. I am trying to use a curtis club-car controller without the additional inputs that I don't need, like the tow or forward/reverse switch. I dug up another thread and attached it.. thanks again for the help
