the cart was running fine, I stopped for 2 minutes got off the cart and went right back to it when this started. I checked the voltage at no load and watched it when I got the cart to start moving with no voltage drop.

I did hook up the charger and it only charged 5 amps and clicked off after about 3 or 4 minutes then kept doing the same thing

Okay I hooked the charger back up and it did the same thing. I tried another charger and it did the same thing. I was listening to the batteries and I found 1 that was making noise and looked at it further. I have one cell that is making noise and bubbling alot more than the others....I think I have a bad battery ....your thoughts???

Test that battery with a specific gravity tester. A variance from the other cells indicates it is bad.

ok in the end it was a bad battery? it shouldn,t hurt to mix brands you want them to be as close as possible in voltage or usage or as equal to each other as possible.........................................8 )
