Default Allied lithium batteries wont charge

I have a club car ds using 2 48v allied batteries. I've used my golf cart almost everyday for 3 months playing 18 holes, charging after I play no problem. Today I plugged in the charger and the charger has power but when I plug into golf cart nothing happens. The volt meter is showing 72% full.

If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks
