Engine backfiring through exhaust after rebuild
I have a Yamaha G8 rebuild engine pretty sure timing is correct but having backfire through exhaust and won't build up RPM could this be caused by bad ignitor don't want to think the timing is wrong

Wow. I was certain it was timed wrong but didn't want to be a downer on Easter. Glad it was something easy. Terrible to have to crack open a fresh rebuild.
