I got the posi unit installed tonight, thanks to Colton and Lizardleg for the help and answering my PM s. I had to use a puller to get the drivers side drum off...there was a lot of rust! I had trouble getting the axles out. After reading a thread Lizardleg sent me, I used the drum reversed as a slide hammer and the axle came out. The other problem was getting the spyder gears out..I finally figured out there is a roll pin holding the pin that connects the spyder gears. I used a small punch and a nail to remove it. The rest was straightforward by the instructions Plowmans included.

How Many tools does it take to install a 5 inch drop axle? I broke a tie rod end and then I realized I couldn't finish anyway...I forgot to order wheel seals!
