Then doing a recharge with club cart charger. Will see if this will do the trick. Called dealer where it was purchased and she claimed if it sat for long period without charge batteries will need to be fully charged.
Who told you it was a 2014 cart?
That SN is a 2010 Excel cart, which the Code 5 programmer is not compatible with.

The guy I purchased it from said it was 2014. After reading the invoice I noticed that it didnt say 2014, but detailed all items as new, such as rims, wheels, batteries, ....... purchased in Sept of 2014. Almost done charging all the batteries then will do the speed sensor test as described from an earlier post.

Just tired the speed test sensor and cart does not beep when in forward and I pushed it about 20ft. Next step is what motor and where is the speed sensor located?

A 2010 will have the ADC motor. The speed sensor is located on the end cap of the motor on the passenger side of the cart. It is held onto the vehicle by two screws.

David, thank you! Would you suggest a high speed magnet as well?

No. The Excel car doesn't get along with the high speed magnet. You have to run an OEM magnet on these cars. The factory speed sensor kit comes with a new magnet. Check your private message box.
