well im thinking im gonna do a complete rebuild I have a friend that powder coats so im thinking about breaking it all the way down . I took pictures of the way things are wired but there was already some loose , how do I check to see if the obc is good or the solenoid

also is there a happy medium I want to use this cart at my lease and at the beach so I need something that can crawl threw sand or a little mud ? without scarifying top end speed
