Default gas pedal cuts off after 3rd of the way, electric 2011 clubcar ds iQ48v

I have a 2011 club car ds regen (sepex) 48v, with a d&d NX300 controller. My F&R switch only works in forward. No reverse. And the biggest thing is when im driving I can get a steady speed of around 20-21mph. But the gas pedal is about third of tbe way. If I push the pedal further then that then I get nothing. I literally have to tap the brake then hit the go pedal again to get going again. It basically runs fine just hard to hold the pedal at 45 degrees and try not to push it to the floor. Any suggestions. Newbie here.

I Goggled "d&d NX300 controller" and got nothing for a controller.

Sounds like the MCOR isn't working with the controller properly. It might need a new Mcor4. But I would have to beat that it's something with the controller settings. I would contact alltrax or whatever company makes that controller. And tell them what's going on.

So did I. I'd be interested in finding out more about the controller. That may be the root of the problem.

NX - Maybe a Navitas controller

My correction. Its NCX300. YES I think its a alltrax controller. A few of the wires are cut on the left side as well. Im thinking of going ahead and ordering a heavy duty F&R switch to fix the no reverse however a freind said I should take it off and clean contacts first. What you guys think of all this mess

IQ CCs don't need HD F-R switches. They only use a toggle switch

That 16 pin connector, is it connected to anything, or is it just hanging loose like in the picture?

You have got a lot of conflicting information. You need to post your serial number.

Alltrax lists that controller as a ezgo. Does it say ITS throttle anywhere on the controller label?
