Your speed sensor is bad. It is on the end of the motor. Get a new one from site sponsor. The cheap ones from eBay seem to have lots of problems.

Speed sensor. Your cart is stuck in "safe mode"........1/2 speed.

A cheapo replacement will work but only for a year. Get one from Revolution Golf Carts and it will last a decade.

Sorry for doubting you guys. Mr golf you where right. Changed out the speed sensor and it works great. 17 mph . Thanks aging. Now thinking of control 4ing this thing.

That is the speed sensor magnet, you can get one from David at Revolution carts, site sponsor. You can put the speed magnet in and get more top end speed.
