You don't want to discharge batteries below 50% SoC.
So 50% / 1.964.....% = 25.5 miles.

That is a fairly decent estimated range, about the same ballpark as I was getting with 36V, stock tires and controller.

That was with 2 adults and 3 kids majority of time. Digital meter read 37.1 when I turned key on and then drove 1/2 mile home. Best part of trip was finding Milwaukee m12 angle drill by the side of the road! And it works!!!

2 weekends ago we put about 5 miles of pure off road on my cart all kinds of terrain; hills, soft silty dirt, mixed mud, ruts hauling people, saws, food, diesel. We were using it as a workhorse and transport to and from where we were burning some brush. During the down time my 11 year old was driving it up and down a dirt road. It pretty much never stopped moving for more than a few minutes in a 9 hour day. At no point did it ever even act like the batteries were getting tired.

That is on 36V, series, 2-3 month old US2200 batteries, 22" tires, lift, back seat

Did you happen to check the SoC before putting it on charger?
