Default 2016 EZGO RXV won’t perform twist test

2016 EZGO RXV bought with bad batteries and no motor brake. I replaced both per the EZGO specifications and cart was running fine. After parking the cart and not using it for several days, the cart will not move. When you cut the key on, it clicks but will not do motor twist test. The BATTERY pack voltage is reading 51v. It has a Curtis controller. I did the emergency release of the brakes under the tow/run cover and the cart did roll. HELP!!

How about if you put it in tow mode and key switch in N can you push it?

With the key off manually cycle the gas and brake pedals through their range of motion being sure to pull up on each one to its home position. Now try cart.

I pulled floor mat and plastic cover off top of pedals they both seem to be returning to the neutral position. I didn’t know if it was any way to check the switched

Remove motor brake, turn key on, and see that way if it's performing twist-test or not. Caution- it will jump about 2-3 inches.

Looking won’t fix it, ya gotta move the pedals. All manner of junk and corrosion can collect on the pedal assemblies, forcing them backwards might clear the system.
