Axle keeps falling out

My axle keeps falling out completely while driving. It has done it twice the who thing wheel and all will go completely out. The bering is good. The axle fits snug in the axle casing. Can anyone please help me i dont know what could be the problem thnx. It does it inly on the driver side and i recently replace the bearing. The other side i have not messed with it stays in. Does the snug fit of the bearing keep the axle in? thnx

you did not put the snap ring back in to hold the axle in

I've never been in the axle of a cart, but it does sound like it might have a C-clip that was left out, like on the rear end of the Jeep's D-35 axle.

you forgot to put the snap ring in after you put the bearing in. that ring holds everything secure
