Default 3wheelers

I've never even driven a golf cart but research says an electric is right for me. One lane sand roads & a hill where I live.

But have to get your feet wet sometime. I don't believe a 3wheeler is right for out here but that is what I am coming across. One I'm trading for about $150 value. 79B16 & the other number is T or B63968. The other I'm not sure about but its for $150 cash.

The one for the cash I don't think is a PICKER as it also has a roof so my guess it is also 36 volt.

I can tinker with them & try to get them to run & learn as I go. Then hopefully find a deal on a 36 volt 4 wheeler & have spare parts for it.

1979 X440. Commonly called a Marathon. I'd hold out for that fourth wheel.

It's a 'T' btw.

Thanks for the info PGGROVES.

My guess is some of the parts off these 3wheelers if check good should be able to be used on a 4wheeler when I get it.

A lot or a little....depends on the model year of what you acquire.

Good luck!

Here's some pics of the one I plan getting this weekend for $150 cash.

I don't have the numbers off this one.

I'll just have to make sure to get a EZ GO 4 wheeler that is older & 36 volt.

Thanks again,
Ross

And thanks to Scott for doing a deal on this 77 Marathon.

Whichever frame is best of the three is what I will use & if necessary remove the front end & put it on a 3 wheeler.

And am still waiting for directions to go get the one for $150 cash.

Finally got a call on the blue 3wheeler. I go get it tomorrow for $150 cash. Batteries are shot but ran when parked.

Ross,

I have 2 of the 3 wheelers, a 1980 & 1990 and I think they are great carts!

They run fine on sand, mud and even through water...lol

The parts are a little hard to come by, but with a spare you should be good.

Good luck and have fun with the project.
