Default Limited Slip Differential Info Needed

I just bought a 2009 36volt ST Sport 2+2 and I am already modifying it. I have installed a new 500 amp Alltrax, 400 amp solenoid, and D&D motor. I also installed a 12 volt deep cycle battery with a built in marine charger. I am currently rewiring to seperate the 36v and 12v components so that I can run all 12v items separate as the next step is to upgrade to 48 volts.
My main concern now is the rear end. I have tried a limited slip unit from Buggies Unlimited. It did not fit because the spider gear shaft was too large. My dealer said I must have a heavy duty rear differential. I am now in touch with Plowmans about their unit. The shaft insert hole is larger but I won't know for sure until I tear apart the rear end and try it.
Does anyone here happen to know how I can obtain a micrometer measurement of the spider gear shaft for this model? I tried EZGO tech and it was a joke. Finally got some girl on the phone that said it was company policy not to divulge information about the parts on the golf cart????????? I just hung up the phone and decided to look eslewhere so here I am. Any ideas?
